Unsere fertige Version macht die Zubereitung besonders einfach. Handgefertigt von erfahrenen Köchen, besteht sie aus zartem, auf den Punkt medium-rare gegartem Rinderfilet, kombiniert mit einer feinen Cremini-Pilz-Duxelles, aromatischen Kräutern und Schalotten. Our meat products from Cao Nghiem Foods should be refrigerated immediately after receipt. For longer storage, the products can also be frozen without any concerns.

We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Our products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. We use premium insulated packaging equipped with ice packs to ensure your order arrives fresh, safe, and in excellent condition.
Currently, we deliver across the United States.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders placed from Friday onward will be shipped on the following Monday.
Complaints and missing items
Please check your delivery immediately after receiving it. Make sure that the order is complete and that all items have arrived undamaged.
If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery by email or through our contact form.
After this period has expired, we unfortunately cannot accept any claims. This is due to logistical reasons and is especially important for perishable food products.
As our products are perishable goods, their condition must be checked immediately after delivery. A later complaint cannot be reliably verified or traced.
